1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or booking an advertising placement with Tamarack Relay, you agree to these terms of use.
2. Company details

3. Description of the offer
We sell three fixed advertising formats: the Weekly Site Banner, the Morning Briefing Podcast Package, and the Full Console Campaign, as described and priced on our Advertise with us page. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4. Eligibility and obligations
You must have the right to use any artwork, logo or script content you provide us, and it must not infringe on the rights of others or contain unlawful content. We reserve the right to decline a booking that does not meet this standard.
5. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the format, dates and price in writing. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. See Payment & Refund Policy and Returns Policy below for what happens if a booking changes.
6. Intellectual property
The Tamarack Relay name, logo and site content belong to SEVEN SQUARE MEDIA INC. Artwork and scripts you supply remain yours; you grant us a licence to use them solely to produce and run your booked placement.
7. Acceptable use
You may not submit artwork or scripts that are unlawful, misleading or infringe on another party's rights, and you may not use this site to attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
8. Disclaimer
General information. Content on this site is provided by SEVEN SQUARE MEDIA INC. for general informational purposes about our publication and our advertising placements.
Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional appropriate to your own situation.
Accuracy and availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free at all times. Services and prices may change, and any final scope is confirmed in your individual booking confirmation.
Outcomes. Any outcome of an advertising placement depends on factors outside our control. We do not promise a specific result from any placement.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, SEVEN SQUARE MEDIA INC.'s liability arising from your use of this site or a booked placement does not exceed the amount you paid for that placement.
9. Payment & Refund Policy
Scope. This policy covers payments made for the Weekly Site Banner, the Morning Briefing Podcast Package and the Full Console Campaign.
Eligibility. If you cancel before production has started on your placement, you are entitled to a full refund. Once artwork adaptation, scriptwriting or recording has begun, a partial refund may apply, reflecting work already completed.
How to request. Send a request to [email protected] or call +1 514-973-0602, including your booking details.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases. A placement that has already run in full is not eligible for a refund. See the full policy on our standalone Payment & refund policy page.
10. Returns Policy
How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call +1 514-973-0602 during our working hours, Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:30.
Returns windows. Cancelling at least five business days before the confirmed start date qualifies for a full refund under our Payment & Refund Policy above. Later cancellations may only receive a partial refund, reflecting production already underway.
Rescheduling. We will usually offer to reschedule your placement to a new date rather than cancel it outright, where our schedule allows.
Returnss by us. If we need to cancel a confirmed placement — for example due to unexpected production or scheduling capacity — we will offer a full refund or a rebooking at no extra cost.

11. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
