Our team reads every message that comes in through the site and replies within one business day during our regular hours.
When to reach us
Our line is open Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:30, Eastern Time (ET) — Montréal. Messages or calls received outside those hours are answered the next business day.
Not on this page
There is no contact form here — our single tracked form lives on the home page so every enquiry reaches the same inbox. We also do not list a second phone number or a messaging-app link; the details above are the only ones we publish.
What we don't do
We don't offer advertising outside Saint-Laurent and the north island, and we don't take on editorial coverage requests through this contact channel — story tips and advertising enquiries are handled separately.
Coverage area
Ville Saint-Laurent, Bois-Franc, Cartierville, Ahuntsic and the Marcel-Laurin corridor make up our coverage area — the north island of Montréal.
