About the service
What exactly do I get with the Weekly Site Banner?
A single banner that runs on article pages of our news site for seven consecutive days, sized for desktop and mobile, plus one mid-week artwork swap and a short impression and click summary at the end.
What area does Tamarack Relay cover?
Ville Saint-Laurent, Bois-Franc, Cartierville, Ahuntsic and the Marcel-Laurin corridor — the north island of Montréal. We do not currently sell placements outside this area.
What format does artwork need to be in?
A logo or static image file in a common format such as JPG, PNG or PDF is enough. We handle the resizing needed for the banner and newsletter dimensions.
How long is a podcast spot?
Each spot in the Morning Briefing Podcast Package runs 30 seconds, with six spots airing across two weeks of the weekday morning briefing.
Process and scheduling
How do I start a booking?
Send a message through our contact form or call us with the placement you are interested in and your preferred dates.
What happens after I send my first message?
We confirm the format, dates and price in writing, then ask for your artwork or script material so production can begin.
How far ahead should I book?
Within a few business days is usually enough for the banner placement. The Full Console Campaign, running five weeks, benefits from a little more lead time to plan the schedule.
Can I change the run dates once booked?
Rescheduling is possible with enough notice — see the cancellation section of our terms of use for the details.
Pricing and payment
What do the listed prices include?
Basic artwork adaptation, scriptwriting help where relevant, and a performance summary are included in the $210, $690 and $1,260 CAD prices for each placement respectively — see Advertise with us for the full breakdown.
Do prices ever change once I've booked?
No. The price we confirm in writing at booking is the price you pay for that placement.
What if I need a refund?
Our refund terms are set out in full under Payment & Refund Policy and on the standalone cancellation and refunds page.
Practical
What are your working hours?
Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:30, Eastern Time (ET) — Montréal. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.

Where is Tamarack Relay based?

What we don't do
We don't take editorial requests in exchange for advertising, we don't run placements outside our three named formats, and we don't sell advertising outside our Saint-Laurent and north-island coverage area. If a request falls outside this, we'll say so plainly rather than stretch the offer to fit.
